please help is £199 a good price for a baby bearded dragon and set up?

Please help not sure and want to buy one of these would i be cheaper buying the dragon seperate and all the stuff?

It is in some ways but as previously mentioned the viv is a touch small and will need replacing by the time the beardie is 6months old.
The other thing is heat mats and beardies don't mix and I much prefer a ceramic heat bulb to a spot lamp/basking lamp as it doesn't emit light so if a day/night thermostat is used there's no need for any seperate heating methods.
