i want to buy my girl a car for her birthday. she really want a 'brand new' celica. or any car with a celica-like resemblance. im willing to go over $20 thou but it has to be worth it

Toyota and Subaru may be the better choice for dependability. The others are too, but, what will they cost in maintenance? BMW could be a little pricey for car. All these and many others are good cars. Depends on who you pay to take care of them. Regular oil changes and tune-ups are most important and even Wal-Wort can do this!
