What character should I cosplay as?
I would like to cosplay as someone for halloween that does not require me spending tons of money. (i'm already working on my grell cosplay which is a little pricey) I have medium brown hair that is short at the back (my hair comes to the part of my head where it meets my neck) and is cut where it slants down to my chin in a bob. I can get my hair to flip in and out. Obviously, I don't mind being a guy, but I can't walk out of the house barely clothed if i was a female so I am trying to stay a little modest here.
Any suggestions?
