I did a front flip in a pool and it landed on the bottom straight?
I was swimming in the wave pool and i was in shallow water and i did a front flip and i put my arm out and it hit it straight, at the time it hurt so bad to do anything! Now it hurts to straight it or completely bend it. What do you think i did? HELP ME PLEASE!
You probably sprained or badly bruised it. Ice it down. If you still have a lot of pain in a day, call the doctor. It's impossible for people here to say what's wrong.
