i feel that were now trying to replace the consumerist value system with the informational value system. this is tricky because it, too is a edged sword. this is because humans all have cognitive biases that can be used to distort what we percieve. simply by making an idea repetitivly heard, people will believe it. but we should also not replace complex social interactions with such intangible interactions, or else we may loose the part of us that is human.
