How many and what size door speakers?
I have a 2000 Chevy silverado extended cab. I blew all the speakers in it becuase they are stock and are obviously not the best speakers. i was planning on replacing them and have the money ready to buy the speakers. The only problem is i have no idea how many speakers I would need, and what size?. Any recommended speakers i should buy? I checked my book on my truck and it doesnt tell me. I dont want to go and buy the wrong ones. any help?
in the front doors it has 2, 6 1/2in speakers but it also has room for a tweeter in each door (idk if the factory ones come with them but mine didn't)
and in the back it has 2 4x6 rectangular speakers
so total its 6 speakers that you can have
2 6 1/2 in the front doors
2 tweeters idk the size but they are all the same (if you want them, you don't need them)
and 2 4x6 in the back...hope this helped
