What costume should me and my horse wear?
I am in need of some ideas for my 4-H fair in two weeks. I am sorta in a rush because it is so late. I have a 15hh dark bay quarter horse gelding that will put up with anything on him unless its by his mouth sense he loves to chew and nibble. I have been a cat and mouse and got 8th, and last year we were clowns. I had on a purple and green outfit with clown shoes over my boots, and a rainbow wig with a fully painted face, and my horse had a rainbow wig and sheet over him, with a big bow around his neck and huge sunglasses wired to his halter, with a blue painted eye and red painted nose. We won second last year and I would love another different costume that stands out, and I do love to go to extremes. Thanks in advance, I will take all into consideration.
I'm just throwing ideas that I have used in the past.
Harry Potter. You can dress him up as Buckbeak and you as Harry or Hermione whomever. 1st place title with this costume.
Charlie the Unicorn. We won second with this one.
My friend painted her horse to look like a dog and she was a dog catcher. Pretty funny when she came in with a giant net. She took home first that year.
You can dress your horse up as Scooby Doo and you can be Shaggy.
