Any other Twin Mommies.....?
I have identical twin 3 year olds. I am so sick of people stopping me in public and asking silly questions like "are they sisters?" and "are you thinking of having more". Any one else out there have a twin mommie rant? And, are you twins ultra smart? For instance, I have two other children, a 9 yr old, and a 5 yr old, and my twins think of things the other 2 NEVER did, and have a tendency to literally destroy the unbreakabe. How can 3 yr olds BEND a metal bed frame, or break down a crib? Any other twin mommie funny stories? I'd love to meet some twin mommies out there, there is no local group in my area, would love to hear some stories!
i am the aunt of triplets AND twins, but the triplets live with me. people always think i'm their mom when we go out.
one time, one of the girls stole a shirt at the store. she wasn't even one year old yet. she just grabbed it of fthe shelf, and when we got to another store i noticed it and had to return it and hope i wouldn't get caught. i didn't.
another time the covered my mom's jeans in vaseline after she fell asleep in the floor.
today my nephew smacked one of his sisters, but it was an accident. there was music on and he tried to spin around with his hand out and hit her.
my nephew also loves the phone. he picks it up and acts like he's having a short conversation like "hello? huh? yeah. bye!" he also called me once from my mom's cell phone.
today we went outside and i showed them how to blow on dandelion puffs, but since their blowing didn't really work, they decided to shake them instead to get the puffs off. after that, whenever i gave them different flowers, they'd try to blow and shake off the petals. then, i showed the girls how to wear flowers tucked behind their ears, and they would take them out and c ock their heads to the side so i could put them back in.
the other day, they got into some cornstarch and had white powder all over them and the couch.
i think that's enough adventures fornow.
