Looking for (mens) hair advice...?
Basically i've been growing my hair for a while, although my hairs pretty wavy/curly, making it untidy looking:

Would be great to get some styling suggesstions which still allow me to keep my hair "longish" but above shoulder length.
its a long shot but i'd like a hairstyle similar to the one josh holloways got going here:

...but im not sure if that would work as my hair would probably curl too much around the sides, but mabye if my sides were considerably shorter but the top of my hair stayed the same length it would be more realistic, so the long part of my hair is "swept back". Althoiugh im not sure..
Apart from this, any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I don't think your second link is working properly.
Also, your hair isn't really curly....it has a slight body wave, but that's about it. The good news about having a bit of a wave to your hair is that you can style it easily any way you choose to do so. I personally think that you should let your natural wave do its thing, and perhaps cut five or so inches off your hair. I think you would look good with longish hair, so no buzz cuts! It doesn't look untidy...honestly, I think that your mustache is a little bit on the untidy side, just to be honest here, and you would be much more tidy looking if you shaved that puppy off. Really, you are a good looking guy and that little fuzz puff is detracting from it. So just give yourself a good shave, and a bit of a trim, and your good looks will really stand out!:)
